With a strong background in blockchain, capital markets, and marketing, Dustin brings a blend of technical knowledge and investor-focused strategy to the role. He has spent much of his career connecting companies with capital and investors, beginning in real estate and private placements before moving into the blockchain sector. Dustin also ran Investor Relations at Neptune Digital Assets, where he ensured transparent and effective communication with shareholders and the broader market.

Ivan Riabov is the CFO of SonicStrategy Inc., with over 15 years of experience in finance and capital markets. He was previously Director of Global Capital Markets at Manulife Investment Management and held senior roles at Timbercreek Asset Management and PwC Canada. A Chartered Accountant and Schulich School of Business graduate, Ivan brings strong institutional finance expertise.

Michael Kron is an experienced public company executive and board member. He is the Chairman and CEO of AnywhereCommerce Inc., a role he has held since 2016, following six years as CFO. In addition to his leadership at Anywhere Commerce, Michael has served on several public company boards, including as former Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Sprylogics Inc. (TSX-V: SPY). He is currently Chair of the Audit Committee at DigiMax Global Inc., bringing extensive governance, financial, and operational expertise to his roles.

Alex Heath bringing over two decades of experience in capital markets, corporate development, and strategic finance. He has held senior leadership roles across investment banking, public companies, and advisory platforms, with deep expertise in complex capital structures, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and governance. Throughout his career, Alex has worked closely with management teams and boards to execute financings, strategic transactions, and growth initiatives across resource, infrastructure, and high-growth sectors. He is well connected within institutional investor and analyst communities and is known for his disciplined, analytical approach to strategy and capital allocation. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of British Columbia, is a CFA charterholder, and has completed the ICD/Rotman Directors Education Program. He currently serves on several public and private company boards and brings a strong governance and shareholder-focused perspective to SonicStrategy.

Russell brings extensive capital markets expertise to SonicStrategy, having previously served as Head of Capital Markets at DeFi Technologies Inc., where he was instrumental in positioning the company for success on a senior U.S. exchange. Background in investing, M&A, and corporate structuring. Former lawyer, now Director at Bromac Resources.

Kalle Radage is a software and fintech entrepreneur focused on shaping the future of finance. He has scaled startups and led large teams within global enterprises, and previously worked as a venture capitalist in Silicon Valley and Vancouver. He holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA.
